Coaching is a conversational art, this means that a lot of my learning revolves around conversation and the power of language. Language is a tool we all use daily and it is interesting that most of us pay little attention to what we are up to in conversation.
I am sharing two of my favourite TED talks on this topic today because once one truly grasps the creative quality of language a whole new world opens up.
